We collect personal information that you voluntarily share with us through the DriverFlow Platform. For example, we collect information from you when you fill out an application, use the DriverFlow App, or complete and sign forms, surveys, other documents, or training on the DriverFlow Platform.

The information that you may choose to provide includes:

• Contact information, including name, address, email address, and telephone number
• Job application information, including employment history, driver's license number, and traffic violation and accident history
• Information submitted in order to allow an Employer to run a background check or FMCSA Clearinghouse check including name, date of birth, and social security number
• Communications sent to an Employer, for example, messaging within the DriverFlow App
• An image of your driver's license, Social Security card, Med Card, or pictures of yourself

2. How We Use That Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the DriverFlow Platform, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications, and to permit you to communicate with Employers on the Platform.

3. How We Share That Information

DriverFlow will only provide your information to an Employer at your specific direction. DriverFlow does not share your information with Employers that you do not direct us to. We do not provide your data to third parties without your direction and written authorization to do so.

4. How We Protect That Information

We use commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to DriverFlow or guarantee that your information on the DriverFlow Platform may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
