In no event will DriverFlow be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Platform.
6. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflict of law principles.
